New Databases

The Kraus Curriculum Development Database is now accessible from the library database page. The KCDL provides access to over 6,000 curriculum documents, including educational standards for the various states, as well as curriculum guides and other unique items in the field of education. It covers all disciplines, subjects and grade levels found in PreK-12th grade education and Adult Basic Education. Approximately one-third of the documents are available in the full-text.

Education Research Complete is a bibliographic and full text database covering scholarly research and information relating to all areas of education. Topics covered include all levels of education from early childhood to higher education, and all educational specialties, such as multilingual education, health education, and testing. Education Research Complete also covers areas of curriculum instruction as well as administration, policy, funding, and related social issues. The database provides indexing and abstracts for more than 1,500 journals, as well as full for more than 750 journals. This database also includes full text for more than 80 books and monographs, and full text for numerous education-related conference papers. Education Research Complete contains indexing for all 501 active journals in Wilson's Education Abstracts, as well as 866 additional journals not covered by Wilson. This new database covers all the titles that Education Abstract does, so we are replacing Education Abstract with Education Research Complete.
