Short Paper #4– Problems in Philosophy

 

Your paper should include the following sections in the order listed:

 

1. Briefly explain what the file-sharing of copyrighted material is.

2. State and discuss the argument in support of file-sharing that you find the strongest.

3. State and discuss the argument against file-sharing that you find the strongest.

4. Evaluate file-sharing: Do you think it is ethically permissible? Why or why not?

 

2 full pages minimum, 3 pages maximum; Separate title page; 1 inch margins; 12 pt. type; Double-spaced; Times-New Roman font; Page numbers; Stapled.

As required for L-courses, your papers will be graded for spelling, grammar, organization, etc., in addition to the content. If you have difficulties in these areas, I recommend that you take your paper to the Campus Writing Center in Wintergreen before turning it in.
