Microsoft Word 2007 Changes:

· To change the margins of a document in Word 2000 it required 6 clicks and 8 keystrokes, while in Word 2007 it requires only 3 clicks.

Microsoft Excel 2007 Changes:

· To adjust the layout of a chart, in Word 2000 it took 6 clicks, in Word 2007 however it took only 4 clicks.

· Easy to make changes to data and insert bars to show data.

· Provides preview of everything before actually clicking.

Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 Changes:

· In creating a simple diagram, it only takes 6 simple clicks in PowerPoint 2007 while in PowerPoint 2003 it took more than double, 17 clicks to do the same thing.

· Provides the live preview like the other 2007 versions of Microsoft Office programs.

· Simple interfaces provides simple clicking to change colors of animations and type of animation.
